NEWTON, Kan., (November 13, 2024) – Newton Healthcare Corporation (dba NMC Health) is pleased to announce the appointment of its officers for the 2024-2025 term. This distinguished group of community leaders volunteer their service on the board, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to ensure the continued success and growth of NMC Health.
New Officers
- Chair: Barth Hague – A committed community volunteer and former CEO of Mirror, Inc., Barth Hague has also served as a Newton City Commissioner and Mayor. His extensive experience in leadership and community service will be invaluable to the board. Hague will serve through November 6, 2025.
- Vice-Chair: Marilyn Wilder – As the Chief Judge of the 9th Judicial District of Kansas, Marilyn Wilder brings a strong legal background and dedication to justice, which will enhance the board’s decision-making processes.
- Treasurer: Carolyn McGinn – Co-owner of McGinn Family Farm and Kansas Senator for the 31st District, Carolyn McGinn offers a unique perspective on agricultural and legislative matters, adding depth to the board’s communication and fiscal strategies.
- Secretary: Richard Stinnett – Currently serving as President at Business Technology Career Opportunities, Inc., Richard Stinnett is also a Newton City Commissioner and former Mayor. His expertise in business technology will be beneficial to the board’s operations.
- Assistant Secretary: Jame Copeland – As the Managing Director of Specialized Lending at INTRUST Bank, Jame Copeland provides a strong background in finance and lending, supporting the board’s financial initiatives.
- Past Chair: Chris Conrade – CEO of Conrade Insurance, Chris Conrade’s past leadership as Chair has been instrumental, and his continued involvement will ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success for the board.

- Greg Lehr: As the Superintendent of Schools for USD 262 Valley Center, Greg Lehr brings a wealth of educational experience and leadership to the board.
- Randy Tegethoff, CPA: Serving as President and Chief Investment Officer of Citizens State Bank, Randy Tegethoff offers extensive expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
