Director of Family Medicine Clinic (Park City)

We are currently seeking a Director of Family Medicine for our Park City Clinic. In this role, you will collaborate with the Vice-President, Chief Medical Officer, Clinic Physicians and other clinic and hospital leadership to assess, develop, and evaluate domains of patient care populations ranging from wellness and prevention to living with complex or chronic health problems.
The right candidate will have previous experience in overseeing a Family Medicine Department to ensure compliance with regulations facilitating effective multidisciplinary care team management that produces an effective and positive “patient experience of care.” Additionally, the right candidate utilizes and designs environments of effective clinical and patient-centered informatics, utilizes knowledge of effective queries and registries to design care for specific populations tenets to implement effective care navigation, use of chronic care bundles, development of lifetime care plans and programs of health maintenance and restoration for persons with acute and chronic illness. In addition, promotes quality care in the community through development of policies, clinical programs and services, and consultation with community partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Degree in related field
- Family Medicine Experience preferred
