In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist moms and babies through the labor and delivery process, recovery and postpartum care; as well as have an opportunity to care for infants in our special care unit too.

In this role, not only will you join our team of dedicated and talented healthcare professionals, but also play a critical role in the delivery of comprehensive assessments of our patient and family needs, planning, coordinating, teaching, counseling, triaging patients. managing staffing, and receiving babies. If you are a highly professional nurse who is comfortable reassuring families and communicating with doctors, as well as, tending to the needs of his/her patients we strongly encourage you to apply. QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience:

• ADN/BSN degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required
• 1 year experience in Labor & Delivery required
• Charge Nurse experience preferred. 

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
• Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
• Certifications in NRP, STABLE, and Fetal monitoring
