By donating to the Emergency Department Expansion Project you are helping provide the right care in the right place at NMC Health. The expanded emergency department and new safe spaces will provide a more healing environment for patients in crisis.
Not only will this expansion assist patients, their families, our staff, and law enforcement, but these specialized spaces will reduce opportunities for elopement, self-harm, and violence.
By donating to the Caring Closet Fund, you are helping patients in need with various necessities to help them focus on healing when they leave our care. Whether it is basic needs like clothes, food and transportation home, or more specific needs like help with the cost of medications, utilities or medical equipment.
We are seeing a significant increase in the needs of our community to have this help.
When you give to the NMC Cares Fund, you are showing our staff that the community support them.
By donating to the Sandra Qamar Nursing Scholarship Fund, you are helping aspiring nurses with their higher education. The recipients have demonstrated an outstanding capacity for the nursing practice and leadership.
Sandra Qamar is a longtime NMC Health nurse leader. She held the role of nurse manager and was a teacher for more than 30 years.
