We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Nurse Tech for our Senior Behavior Health Center (SBHC). In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our patients and healthcare professionals ultimately delivering compassionate care as our team of talented healthcare professionals help discern what is in the best interest of the patient/family. As a CNA, you will use your dedication and compassion to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. You will deliver care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups every day. Your valuable skills in independent decision making will be needed to help discern what is in the best interest of the patient/family. Other functions/ competencies of the position may include unit clerk, monitor technician, general clerical activities and basic nursing procedures.

This is a full-time night shift position that consists of three 12-hour shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Successful completion of nurse assistant schooling preferred
• Willing to train for the right candidate

Licensure, registration or certification

• Current Kansas CNA certification required
• Current certification in CPR/Basic Life Support preferred
