NEWTON, Kan., (July 23, 2024) – A $25,000 donation from The Citizens State Bank will support expansion of NMC Health’s emergency department and facilitate the emergency behavioral health needs of the community.

NMC Health’s emergency department expansion project will create a state-of-the-art facility equipped to handle a wide range of emergency behavioral health situations. The project will include specialized treatment areas, advanced medical equipment and increased capacity to ensure timely and effective care for patients experiencing behavioral health crises.
